Kids' Classes
Age-Appropriate Classes for Every Stage
At Ridge Church, our Kids' Classes are designed to meet kids right where they’re at. From babies to Grade 5, each age group experiences engaging, Bible-based teaching, fun activities, and meaningful relationships in a safe and welcoming environment. We believe kids learn best when they feel known, loved, and included—so every class is tailored to help them grow in faith while having fun along the way.
RIDGEKIDS JR
RIDGEKIDS JR is our Sunday morning environment for children from birth through Kindergarten. We’re passionate about helping our youngest kids discover who God is and how much He loves them—all through age-appropriate teaching, worship, play, and hands-on activities. Each space is thoughtfully designed for their stage of development, led by a team of caring and trained volunteers.
Nursery (0–24 Months)
Our Nursery opens at 10:30 AM, giving parents time to settle into the service while their little ones enjoy safe, supervised play. We’ve created a calm and caring environment filled with age-appropriate toys and loving volunteers ready to care for your baby or toddler throughout the service.
Toddlers (Ages 2–3)
The Toddler Room also opens at 10:30 AM. Toddlers will enjoy a fun and structured time that includes free play, a short Bible story, a video, and interactive activities—all designed to introduce them to God’s love in a way they can understand.
Pre-K & Kindergarten
Our Pre-K & Kindergarten Room opens at 10:30 AM. Kids begin with playtime and worship, then move into a game, Bible story, recap video, memory verse, and big idea. They also enjoy a snack and craft before wrapping up the morning with more play and connection time. It's a space where fun, faith, and friendships grow together.
RIDGEKIDS Elementary
Our elementary-aged kids (Grades 1–5) start their morning in the main service with their families and are dismissed after the first set of worship at 10:45 AM. You’ll find tables in the lobby where our team will be ready to check them in and guide them to their spaces.
Grades 1-3
Our Grades 1–3 program begins at 10:30 AM, right after the first worship set. We invite families to bring their Grade 1–5 kids into the main service to worship together. After the music, our team will be ready at the lobby tables to check them in and guide them to their program space.
Grades 4 & 5
Our Grades 4–5 program begins at 10:30 AM, right after the first worship set. We encourage families to bring their Grade 1–5 kids into the main service to worship together. After the music, our team will be waiting at the lobby tables to check them in and direct them to their program.
Every Child Belongs
We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for every child, including those with special needs. During our regular service times, we aim to integrate each child into an age-appropriate RidgeKids experience, offering the right level of assistance and care.
With the support of trained volunteers and collaboration with parents, we work together to ensure that every child feels safe, included, and able to engage in a way that works best for them. If your child has specific needs, we’d love to connect and partner with you to make their experience as meaningful and joyful as possible.
