Aaron serves as the Director of Ridge Youth  at Ridge Church.

With the gift of administration, Aaron brings clarity and structure to the youth ministry—designing systems and rhythms that help students thrive, volunteers lead with confidence, and events run smoothly.

His shepherding heart is at the core of everything he does. Aaron is deeply invested in the spiritual growth of each student, walking alongside them with care, honesty, and encouragement as they navigate life and faith. He also leads with the gift of service—always willing to jump in and help in practical ways, often behind the scenes. His servant-hearted leadership sets the tone for the entire team, inspiring others to lead by example and love students well.
