Stephanie serves as the Connections Associate at Ridge Church.

She serves with a genuine servant’s heart and a deep care for others. God has given her a strong sense of empathy, allowing her to recognize when people need encouragement, support, or simply someone who will take the time to listen. This reflects the biblical gift of mercy, the ability to come alongside others with compassion, kindness, and joy.

Stephanie also demonstrates the gifts of service and hospitality. Through her warmth, attentiveness, and practical care, she helps create spaces where people feel welcomed, seen, and loved.

In her role, Stephanie assists with connection events and oversees the kitchen teams that support ministries and events involving food. Although much of this work happens behind the scenes, it plays an important part in building community and helping people experience the love of Jesus in tangible ways.
